Risperdal is used for cure and treatment of schizophrenia or bipolar mania. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.

How Taken
You can take Risperdal with or without a meal. Taking Risperdal at the same time each day will help you remember to take it. Continue to take Risperdal even if you feel well as directed by your doctor..

Missed Dose
This is advised to take the Missed Dose as soon as you remember but if it is almost time for the next dose then skip that Missed Dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not consume double dose in any case to make up for a missed one.

Storage
Store Risperdal away from heat, moisture, and light and store at 59 to 86 °F (15 to 30 °C). Keep in a tight, light–resistant container and out of the reach of children . Do not store in the bathroom.

More Information
Use Risperdal with caution as it may cause dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, or lightheadedness. You are not supposed to be taken Risperdal with alcohol or certain other medications as condition may worsen in that case. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to this drug. If your symptoms do not improve or if they worsen, contact your doctor. Risperdal should be used only by the patient for whom it has been prescribed. Take the dosage as prescribed by your doctor, do not consume more neither less.
