Drug Uses
Celexa is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, and is used for treatment of depression. It also helps to keep the right balance of chemicals in the brain which helps in prevent depression.
How Taken
Celexa comes as a tablet which can be taken orally. The general dosage for Celexa is one tablet a day which can be taken with or without a meal. For best effect Celexa should be taken regularly for a couple of weeks. Even you feel better do not stop taking Celexa without your doctor’s approval. Take the dosage as prescribed by your doctor, do not consume more neither less.
Missed Dose
This is advised to take the Missed Dose as soon as you remember but if it is almost time for the next dose then skip that Missed Dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not consume double dose in any case to make up for a missed one.
Storage
Store Celexa away from heat, moisture, and light and store at room temperature 15–30°C (59–86°F). Keep in a tight, light–resistant container and out of the reach of children. Do not store in the bathroom.
More Information
Use Celexa with caution as it may cause dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, or lightheadedness. You are not supposed to be taken Effexor with alcohol or certain other medications as condition may worsen in that case..
Be careful when driving, operating machinery, or performing other hazardous activities.

Also it is known that Celexa passes into breast milk. Therefore, You are not supposed to take Celexa without your doctor`s approval if you are pregnant, likely to become pregnant or breast feeding.
